Let the spoiling begin...
My parents, grandpa and I took the girls to one of the community pools this morning. No one who lives around here seems to use them!! So, after an hour and a half, the kids are sad to hear a car drive up, knowing that they suddenly will have to share. (Did I mention being spoiled??) But no, instead my aunt and uncle walk in and throw a GIGANTIC blow up Shamu in the water with the girls. One of those toys I wouldn't pick up for my kids in a million years.
Then, grandma went grocery shopping, and returned, having bought the kids their favorite chocolate bars. Not just ONE - she bought them each a multipack!!!!
The retraining is going to be difficult when we arrive home...

Ahhh, the benefits of being a grandparent. Give the kids stuff so they love and remember you, then send them home to their "mean" parents who will give them what they truly need. Can't wait for my grandparent years!
You will get them successfully deprogramed just in time to go back...
